This roster is required of all of our Illinois teams to play in any 2010 NSA tournaments (including out of state tournaments). It will help us verify your 2010 classification based on the player information submitted and team history.

Please submit complete and accurate information. Please include ALL associations. Every player will be researched. If you are not sure of the answer, please ask the player.

After verification of team classification, approved players may then be entered in the NSA Official ON-LINE Roster. Additional roster procedures are listed below.

2010 NSA CLASSIFICATION PROCEDURES

NSA is strongly committed to providing fair and competitive tournaments nationally! Each team and player history will be researched and evaluated strictly on the NSA bylaws which are detailed on-line at www.playnsa.com and in the 2010 NSA official rulebook.

NSA has established a NATIONAL CLASSIFICATION COMMITTEE to oversee the national classification policy and approves/denies classification requests.

2010 NSA ROSTER PROCEDURES

In 2010, every team that wishes to play NSA is required to submit a preliminary roster to verify their classification. Once approved, these players must be entered on your official NSA ON-LINE roster at least 10 days before your first game. This roster will then be frozen.

 
ALL teams must be sanctioned NSA and enter their approved roster ON-LINE at www.playnsa.com.

After the roster is frozen, any other roster additions must be e-mailed to our office for approval at illinoisnsa@comcast.net. These additions must be submitted to us BEFORE your team's tournament game schedule is posted on Wednesdays. We will enter the player information on the frozen roster for you.

NSA reserves the right to change a team’s classification, if needed, at any time based on team strength or additional players added!

OTHER ROSTER REQUIREMENTS

1. All rosters must have correct and complete player information!
2. After your roster is entered online, you are not allowed to make any changes to the information. If you notice an error, please email the correct information to our office and we will make the changes for you.
3. A player will be declared ineligible at a tournament if his roster information is incomplete or incorrect.
4. PLAYER RELEASE - A player must have his first team manager send an e-mail to the state director for approval 10 DAYS before playing in any tournament. After a player is officially released, they cannot join another team for 7 days after the state director documented approval of the release.
